The Avalon website is fully secured by Verisign which uses an encrypted connection to ensure that your personal data is completely protected. When you reach the log in screen you will now see a padlock sign by the website address bar to show you are in a secure area.

In order to use our secure website you will need to register with us to gain your Username, password and memorable word. If you haven't already done this, please email us your contact details (via ‘contact us') or call us on 01666 501 710 and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible to set you up on the system. It only takes two minutes!
This will allow you to access your clients' current and historic valuations and lets you view all transactions that have occurred on their accounts. It will also provide you with the ability to print off various reports as and when you need them.
In order to view the secure section of our website you will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader and Adobe Flash installed. We have provided a link to the Adobe site to download the software for free which can be found at the foot of the IFA Declaration section of the website.

This error means that the Avalon Database connection is not available. When the database connection is lost you will be unable to log in until the connection has been reset.
